The TMA Resources Annual Users Group (TAUG) meeting will be held April 7-10 in Phoenix, Arizona at the Arizona Grand Resort. TAUG 2013 is designed for you. The TAUG registration fee includes: the full conference, all networking events, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and dinner on Tuesday evening. Guest registrations include all networking and meal events. Payment must be received prior to the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Building OData Web Entities & Service Ops, Part 1

This session is jam-packed with information. Learn common OData terminology and find out what entities are and how they are used in OData. Plus you'll discover the architectural differences between read only entities and read/write entities and learn what service operations are and how they are used in OData. You'll leave knowing how to use the Personify Web Service Designer to build your first entities and service operations and how to with entities using nothing but your browser.

Working with the Personify Architecture and Designer Studio Toolkit

Become familiar with the Personify architecture as well as the Personify API platform and object model. Participants will learn how to extend the Personify APIs and discover how to implement business logic to enhance business processes. This session will provide attendees with an understanding of how to extend the Personify data structures using the database designer. Learn a variety of debugging tips to help save time when trying to identify issues in the enhanced business logic. Real world customer examples of leveraging Personify APIs will be included.

In the second part of this session, you will learn when to use entities and when to use service operations. Discover how to implement complex functionality using service operations and how to efficiently code service operations for maximum performance.

Intelligent Decisions through Business Intelligence: Personify Analytics and Reporting

Are your end users begging you for information? If so this is the course for you. TMA Resources' developers will teach you about universes and how they work in Business Objects. Plus they will show you how to use Data Analyzer to build powerful and effective reports. You will go home a hero by knowing how to quickly build pre-defined filters your end users need. You'll also learn how to use Data Explorer to drill down into your data.

McDowell Sonoran Conservancy

As we enter our 14th TMA Resources Annual Users Group (TAUG) meeting, it's nice to reflect on the many TAUG traditions that make the conference far from ordinary. One of TMA Resources' favorite practices is giving back to the local community in honor of TAUG attendees.

This year it seemed only fitting to help preserve the beautiful landscape of Arizona. TMA Resources is donating to the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy on the behalf of TAUG attendees. The non-profit is dedicated to protecting and championing the sustainability of the Sonoran Desert and Mountains. The Conservancy protects one of Arizona’s most precious natural resources. It offers activities that provide access to more than 21, 000 scenic acres.

This contribution will help restore a mile of damaged desert habitat to pristine open space. Thank you for attending TAUG and for ensuring that the Preserve continues to be a pristine open space to visit and enjoy as well as a permanent sanctuary for wildlife.
